About Us
Little Tor Elementary School serves approximately 300 students/220 families in the New City zone within the Clarkstown Central School District. Students begin attending Little Tor in kindergarten and finish at the conclusion of Grade 5. Students from Little Tor will attend Felix Festa Middle School and Clarkstown High School North. We are a proud member of CCSD and the greater Clarkstown community.

Students created a book full of positive statements that our fifth graders can look through, on good days and bad.
Little Tor Elementary School has partnered with a primary school in Ireland for the past two years to allow fifth graders to build global connections beyond their classroom, and prepare our Clarkstown CSD students to be more future-ready.
Little Tor Elementary School this year is partnering with BRIDGES to provide learners with age-appropriate programming relative to people with disabilities.

Anna Xie is weighing her options for college and remains undecided, while Christina Yan plans to pursue a major in biochemistry this fall at Columbia University.
Andrew Jaynes will be studying computer science and computational linguistics this fall at Duke University; Gianna Maltbie plans to pursue a major in chemical engineering at Princeton University.
The third annual Blackout Poetry Contest came to a close today with an in-person ceremony. Students from the Birchwood School, Clarkstown High School North and Clarkstown High School South are invited each year to participate in this creative expression that transforms ordinary words into extraordinary art.
